Administrator - Minerva Primary Academy

Contract: Part time, permanent, 15 hours per week 8am - 11am 5 days per week term time only

Salary: CLF Grade 3, £14,470pa pro rata (£4,873 actual salary)

Start: 01 September 2017

This role is a key ‘front of house’ role with the key responsibilities of:

• answering the phone

• greeting parents and carers and dealing with day to day queries

• greeting visitors and directing to the relevant person

• visitor tours and hospitality

• receipt of dinner money

• input of attendance marks

• parent texts

• basic First Aid (as required)

• photocopying letters and admission forms

• general letter writing

• distributing newsletters and letters

• unpacking orders of stationery and classroom resources

• booking supply cover

There may be additional responsibilities as agreed with the School Business Manager and Lead Administrator.

This role involves working closely as part of a dedicated, diligent, pro-active and flexible team. You will be the first ‘face’ of Minerva and thus all actions will need to reflect this.
